Vitality is a web application that lets you track personal habits (hydration, focus, clean streaks), compete in school-based competitions (School Wars), and contribute to real-world impact through the Robin Hood Engine.

The platform operates as a PWA (Progressive Web App) and is accessible through web browsers.

A valid email address is required to create an account.

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password.

Each user may only create one account.

If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent may be required depending on your jurisdiction.

You must use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.

Harassment, hate speech, or spamming other users is prohibited.

Attempting to manipulate the system (fake Drop earning, bot usage, etc.) is prohibited.

Sharing copyrighted content is prohibited.

Core features are free and will remain so.

Premium subscriptions (Vitality Plus) are billed monthly or annually.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings or the Stripe billing portal.

The Founders Pack is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable.

The Vitality brand, design, and source code belong to us.

Personal data you create on the platform (notes, tasks, habit logs) belongs to you.

You can export your content at any time.

We aim to provide the platform with maximum uptime but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted service.

Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.

If we need to terminate the service for a significant reason, we will provide at least 30 days notice and time for data export.

Vitality is provided "as is." Our liability for indirect damages arising from platform use is limited.

Habit tracking data does not replace health advice. Consult a professional for health decisions.

You can request account deletion at any time.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with a warning or immediately for repeated violations.
